I love Apple Pie In A Jar by AIMSTERMOM from Allrecipes.com. Six jars are cooling on my kitchen counter. The recipe was unbelievably easy to follow and the house smells divine. If you can peel an apple, make a cornstarch slurry and boil water, you can make this for yourself.
